The reasons
for people getting readings are varied, some come along with
specific reasons, some come along out of curiosity sometimes
even skepticism. Nothing excites me more than sitting somebody
down and explaining aspects of their life without any prior
knowledge, especially their thought processes, current mindset
or their recent past.
Getting a good reading can
open a "can of worms" for a persons belief system which in turn
makes them look deeper at their life and its true purpose as
well as providing positive insights to their destiny and spiritual
growth as a human being.

How do you do your readings? |
My
psychic ability has become a very natural process to me. I prefer
to use the term Clairvoyant these days as most people can relate
to the word in a more accurate sense. I do not use tarot cards
or any other method of divination when giving a reading.
I rely totally on a combination of clairvoyance and
clairaudience and pure psychic ability. The source of my information
is spiritual in origin.
To explain the internal processes of my ability to someone is
extremely difficult as it is something that has to be personally
experienced to be truly understood. If I said to you it is as
easy as breathing that would make you none the wiser; also if
I said that its completely out of my control would sound careless.
It is probably like trying to explain the existence of snowfields
to a desert dweller; Its something unique to each individual
with the ability, one just has to experience it.

Do you do readings via post, email
or over the phone? |
Unfortunately I dont do readings via
email or by post. They would be too time consuming and open
to misinterpretation, as communication can be limited using
text. I will not do any readings over the phone, all
readings are conducted one on one in person.

Why is it
important to record a reading? |
I think
its important when you get a reading you should be able to make
a recording of what's being said. Sometimes it may take a while
before you really understand or fully comprehend what's being
said. Through years of experience and thousands of readings
I have continually found when people return to me they will
tell me in amazement things that have been explained to them
previously have happened and most of the time its these things
that seemed insignificant or irrelevant that have made sense
the most.
I've had many people return to me saying they thought what I
had said at the time of the reading was incorrect or even trivial
and didn't make sense only to learn that what I was referring
to was completely outside their understanding at the time. I
always encourage people not to put their own version to what
they think is being said, but simply listen to the words and
what those words mean and allow time for these things to occur.

How did you get involved with this field? |
I have always
been interested in anything to do with psychic phenomena or
the unknown. I had a few psychic experiences in my younger years
but at the time thought nothing of it other than being a little
more perceptive on a feeling level than most. I can
still remember
seeing things in my mind that meant absolutely nothing
to me only to learn later that they where situations yet to
occur, sometimes many years later.
I have always had an uncanny
ability to feel the mental and emotional mindsets of others. Most people can recall
a psychic experience in one form or another in their life especially
when they where young; it is not uncommon.
I started to look seriously at developing these abilities
just after I had left school and started an apprenticeship
here in Brisbane. My boss and his wife had immigrated from
the UK and they knew
quite a lot about Spiritualism and they would fascinate me for
hours with stories and personal experiences and they saw my
enthusiasm so they encouraged me to look into the subject more
which I did. It wasn't until early 1987 that everything started to
fall into place were I could start to learn more about these
inner processes which had always intrigued and excited me.

Do you have any religious views with what you do? |
No,
I don't have any religious background or experience.
Religion
and spirituality are two different things. A
spiritual person is somebody
who listens to their soul
and has a belief or understanding in a higher meaning or purpose
of self with life.
You cannot discover the soul
through the mind with
logic. Spirituality cannot be
learned, it becomes a gradual
realisation. Its not just knowledge that builds your soul but
the understanding and application of that knowledge to the opportunities
presented through
the everyday experiences of your life.

Why is learning to understand intuition so important? |
Intuition is often termed "the gut feeling" or the inner
voice of the soul. If you practice intuition consciously when making decisions
you'll be guided to make better choices which will bring
better outcomes. Intuition is a process of learning how to "feel"
objectively, independent of any mental logical reasoning.
Karma is another interesting
aspect that is often
misunderstood
in the West as "cause and effect".
Karma
first came into being as a concept in Hinduism,
put simply karma is
"memories of the soul", it
is the balancing act of past experiences or situations brought
forward unconsciously from previous incarnations into the present
lifetime for the soul to remodel and redevelop from.
To
understand a karmic pattern is not as easy as understanding
the concept of cause and effect as we don't have the conscious
awareness of the karmic memories of our past incarnations and
experiences. Both of these
universal laws look
and sound similar but operate differently.
Karma is not punishment or
retribution
for past deeds.
It can look
that way if we judge from the limited understanding of the human
mind. I have learned that many karmic patterns can be left for
many lifetimes until the Soul is spiritually developed enough
to meet these experiences for the soul to maximise its potential
and growth. Karma is
a very interesting and quite complex topic that cannot
be explained or understood easily in broad terms.
I personally believe in this concept but not in the
"romantic" meaning of the
term.
People are often led to believe that by
having or meeting
a
soulmate
is
a perfect
"heaven-made"
re-union
with another soul
in the physical
world which will provide an endless supply
of happiness and contentment,
unfortunately
this can
be far from the truth.
I strongly believe there are thousands of people you could
meet and be compatible with to such a
level that you could say you are "soulmates".
From years of experience I have learned that souls
group together in the earth plane through many incarnations
for multitudes of
reasons; whether
it be as marital partners, lovers, relatives,
friends,
or
children etc.
Occasionally in readings I will sometimes discover a strong
karmic connection
between two people, putting
it simply this means they have known or had significant
experiences together in
previous incarnations in one form or another.
